When I cook eggs for myself and my daughter I do scrambled eggs, and I do fried eggs for Dh. One a very rare occasion I will have a boiled egg. I tend to order sunny side up when I'm out.

Scrambled: you must scramble them while they are cooking: not just pour them in the pan and let them just cook there flat: they should be fluffy.

It is like an omlette/quiche. You can put anything in it, but instead of cooking it flat and folding it over, you mix everything together and let it cook. I think that is pretty accurate.

Omelette or frittata. I'm not a fan of plain eggs.

Fried, with pork roll and cheese on a hard roll (that's a kaiser roll to you non-Jersey folk). If not in a sandwich, I like 'em over easy (ETA on a pile of corned beef hash), or scrambled soft (not snotty, though). Gotta have Thomas's English muffins with them.
