So what's your favourite way of eating eggs (none egg eaters need not apply )? I've not listed every variation, so find the one that fits your favourite and vote.

Ok, sorry if you voted already ~ I did change it to allow multiple options.

I like poached and scrambled eggs. But I also like boiled too (which I didn't vote for because I don't think I make them often enough. I am fussy about how my scrambled eggs are cooked though. I like the cooked, but only just. Overcooked lumps of egg that bounce are just plain .

I read a recipe about how to cook scrambled eggs by Escoffier ~ and I'm tempted to try them.

When I cook eggs for myself and my daughter I do scrambled eggs, and I do fried eggs for Dh. One a very rare occasion I will have a boiled egg.
I tend to order sunny side up when I'm out.

Scrambled: you must scramble them while they are cooking: not just pour them in the pan and let them just cook there flat: they should be fluffy.

Fried with a nice crispy bottom or poached. And served on wholemeal toast , sprinkled with cider vinegar.

It is like an omlette/quiche. You can put anything in it, but instead of cooking it flat and folding it over, you mix everything together and let it cook. I think that is pretty accurate.

In the UK, that's what we call a Spanish Omelette.

Omelette or frittata. I'm not a fan of plain eggs.

What's an egg?

Are we talking about CHICKEN eggs?

or are we talking about GOOSE eggs, DUCK eggs, DINOSAUR eggs?

Seriously though, I like them scrambled, fried, boiled and in an omelette.

Fried, with pork roll and cheese on a hard roll (that's a kaiser roll to you non-Jersey folk).

If not in a sandwich, I like 'em over easy (ETA on a pile of corned beef hash), or scrambled soft (not snotty, though). Gotta have Thomas's English muffins with them.

I like scrambled or as an omm.

I also like it over easy. I mix it up in my rice and put soy sauce. It's a local thing.

It's whatever kind of eggs you happen to use. I know someone that only eats quails eggs. I know someone that will have duck eggs if they can get hold of them, otherwise will use chicken eggs. I even know a couple of people who've tried ostrich eggs. You still gotta eat them somehow.

Crispy fried egg topped with cheese on a warm bagel

Hard boiled with salt as a snack or in a leafy salad

Scrambled or in an omelette with hash browns

Fried with runny centers over a pile of corned beef hash, toast on the side

I love eggs...
