And Hogfan, sorry about your experience with Gus. That is a first.
I won't divulge my statewide known reasons for my distaste for Nutt any further on this board.

lol..i am a big HDN fan...i really think he overachieved with the talent level we had at arkansas...and that's partly because he was a homegrown coach without any true national exposure...now that we have petrino we'll definitly have better recruiting...i'm glad to have BP here but i'm still a houston nutt fan...
back to the present....isn't it sickening that we are 3 points away from being 5-3 instead of 3-5?!?! so who thinks we beat tulsa?!?! i think we can!

The future does look bright for the Hogs...we just need to hang in there. The Hogs are looking at a few East Texas boys for next year. Some of the nations finest talant is right here in East Texas...it's a great place to live if you are a football fan.
While I continue (as always) to support my Hogs, I must admit that I am rooting for OU this year. Their QB (Bradford) is a family friend and WR Manual Johnson is a Gilmer boy...He is an awesome young man. We are so proud of him.

L5MAN..i thought you lived in West Texas. Glad to know you are closer to the homeland son. Yep. The Hogs will improve a lot even next year.
Bobby P knows what he is doing. Saturday is a big game for us, at the moment. We need something to play for against LSU.

The chickens were a great meal for the Gators on Saturday, thankfully the Tide kept rolling but we still have Auburn and then the Gators for SEC title. I'm hoping the Tide can ROLL those gators out to sea!!!!

Well I'm glad your $42 million Coach has taken your team so far. Undefeated and ranked number 1 I guess 3 weeks in a row now.
Saban is a very good football coach.
But I'm gonna have tell ya Dee Ann, those Gatars are probably gonna chomp Alabama like there's no tomorrow.
Enjoy your number 1 ranking and the Auburn should be some good practice time for Alabama for the SEC Championship game.
