Well I'm glad your $42 million Coach has taken your team so far. Undefeated and ranked number 1 I guess 3 weeks in a row now.
Saban is a very good football coach.

But I'm gonna have tell ya Dee Ann, those Gatars are probably gonna chomp Alabama like there's no tomorrow.

Enjoy your number 1 ranking and the Auburn should be some good practice time for Alabama for the SEC Championship game.

Saban is a good coach but I am not a Saban fan. I know that is sacrilige in the state of AL right now but I don't live there so I can say it!!

If the Tide plays its A game the entire 4 quarters it will be a good close game, if they don't, they are gator bait!!!

Which state?

I'm glad you corrected this in another post. I was afraid you were talking about Alabama.

Well, though just as ugly, it's not really that big so I figured Texas would be the obvious for anyone.

My parents live right across from the Hospital...in an appartment. They just moved there about a month ago...Mom took a job at the Hospital. Wow...small world.

Wow!
Glad to know that Gilmer is near my boyhood home.

I grew up in DeKalb, TX...where my Dad was the
Pastor of First Baptist Church. He often played golf
in Mt Pleasant. During the 60's, we ate many
meals at ALP's (a Mt P landmark)

Morning Donna!

Got to bed very late. Drove home from Music City last night.
Pretty wound up. Did not stay asleep. Kathy is ill (serious head cold).
My Mom is having surgery later today. A lot on my mind.
Gonna try to get some more sleep...in a minute.

Ok...didn't know Texas had a Mt. Pleasant...I was going to say I live about 5 miles off the Atlantic so that rules out SC!!!

I think L5 is talking about Gilmer's County.

I'm from Bowie Co...DeKalb...NE from Mt P.
My question was for Mt P's County.
Thanks for the info guys.

We got some more HOG fans down there in Aggie land?
You guys know that we are coming to Arlington TX next
year to play the Aggies in Hog Man Jerry's new stadium.

You guys coming to the game?

Right. My son lives right by the Titus County Hospital in Mt. Pleasant. He likes what he's doing there, but would LOVE to get back to Razorback country.

We miss them badly. They have our only grandchild, and that's hard on all of us. But sometimes you gotta go where the Lord takes you. *sigh*

After saying that, I will add that I would rather them be down there in God's will than right next door and OUT of God's will.

I say Arkansas' gonna win out now. MS State, then on to LSU. Well maybe not, but you never know.

AMEN on being "in God's will"...really!

OK...I will go with you on the HOGS winning out.
I think they can. I will be at the LSU game. Thinking about
going to Starkville on Saturday. Will depend on how my Mom
and wife are doing.

GO HOGS!

YEP...Alex should have made the easy kick earlier in the game. The one at the end of the game was make-able though. I was surprised that Casey did not play at all. Thought that might have mixed 'em up a little.
But Nathan played well..spec for a Freshman. Lucas was awesome!

We can now officially begin the chant: "Wait til next year"
But our Bowl game is Friday. Anybody gonna be there?

Amen to that! I have seen them both in person...in action. Very good players and athletes. Too bad about Wilson's condition. Next year could be a very interesting battle for the QB at AR.
