Last night was sausage gravy and biscuits.
Tonight...pizza. Half-way homemade. I bought a cheater shell.

HA! Ours was gobbled last night! (Since we don't have Thanksgiving this week up here, I could cook the turkey whenever I wanted. I was getting tired of having it in the freezer, so I had put it to thaw. It was thawed yesterday, so it got cooked yesterday!)

Dinner plans have changed. I picked up a rib eye roast for a super deal at Safeway. It was at it's sell by date, so we are having it for dinner with sweet potatoes and butternut squash.
The roast was on sale to begin with, then since it was at the sell by date, it was marked down 50% off the sale price. I got a 6 lb rib eye roast for $18. My husband practically jumped for joy, then he prepared it and put it in the oven for dinner tonight. That frees me up to clean the bathroom. lol
