Since my beef lovin' husband had turkey yesterday and will have turkey or pork tomorrow, I made a beef roast, baked potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes and crustless pumpkin pie.

homemade pizza One of my friends gave me a great idea for school lunches. My pizza dough recipes makes enough for 3 rectangular pans - but we only need 2 for supper and leftovers. So, with the leftover dough - I roll it out, top it, then roll it and cut it like cinnamon buns - bake for 20 mins. Pizza pinwheels! Freeze and then just take out for school lunches. PERFECT!!!!! Our kids love it!

Philly Beef and Cheese Sandwiches. The meat is simmering on the stove with onions and garlic now and it smells so good.
