Well at least I have the weekend to watch last weeks episode. We were on vacation and missed it.

I was bummed no House this week. I hate when I settle down to watch shows and they are not on. :(

Bible study wrapped up last week for Christmas & sure enough, nothing new to watch on Monday night. When class starts back, I'm sure the new episodes will too. Oh well, I'm thankful for Hulu & a lunch hour! k

I think I would have been satisfied w/ last night w/o the gay story line. But, I guess they have to have an explanation for the billboard & the ugly couch! Wow!

The dying copy was very sad. Very emotional scene at the end. Does anyone know about that disease & why it's deadly?

What's the deal w/ Chase's haircut? I think I liked it better the other way. k

I kind of liked the new hair. "Did she get the hair in the divorce?" LOL

The gay storyline was funny - unfortunately it would be what many would assume if two over 40 males in moved in together, especially doctors. It built on their history of pulling pranks on each other.

I thought the gay storyline was funny. It was a good come back episode. I liked that House was not chasing after Cuddy.

I thought the thing with the paycheck was funny too.

I guess my favorite line was about Chase' hair....When he first saw him he said "what did Cameron get the hair in the divorice".

I thought the gay storyline was funny and it was a good counterbalance to the heaviness of the rest of the episode.

The previews for the next one look downright disturbing!

I like it too. and I had to laugh at the divorce comment he made.

I'm glad they are focusing more on diseases and not on their private lives. And I'm glad Taub is back, I like him.

Interesting episode last night. When she finally had the ability to "feel" again, you kinda felt sorry for her. She sure needed someone to give her a hug. I wonder if it will ever be determined that much of mental illness is caused by something in the diet rather than just accepting that it is genetics.

Are they slowly but surely showing us that House's therapy really worked? Very interesting. k

My husband and I were arguing about how much money that posiiton would make.. I said closer to 300K a year, but he said he thought it would be like 150K.

I was thinking that working in HR, my life is so much like that. We get things thrown at us left and right.

I liked the fact that Cuddy and House seemed to be almost smoothing things over and getting closer to being friends (and maybe more someday) again. I like that. I think House and Cuddy would be good for each other, House isnt as much of a jerk as he would like people think.

It did almost seem like he was a totally different person since the episode was not about him. Kind of - odd! Almost like telling the writers, "I promise, I'll be nice. Give me star billing back!" And when the next new episode comes out, it will be all about him & he'll be back to his old crazy ways again. Although, it was interesting to see the opinion of other employees for a change. Obviously, he's not too popular! k

Do you ever think that the writers really do know who the majority of their viewing audience is? I think they are really going out of their way to pick on us. From the line the speed dater used to the House's real dad being a Unitarian minister, I wonder what they are getting at. They have to know we are not impressed. It's like they are pushing our buttons to see if we really think that House can be saved. From what they are showing us, & especially this year, it doesn't look very likely. Do they think we are stupid? Do they really think they are giving us what we want? We primarily watch this show because we are fascinated at the diagnostics. I try to determine the outcome, even though I rarely come close, it's still fun to try to figure it out. But if they think for a minute they are writing scripts to appease us from a Christian standpoint, they got another thing coming. If they really want to know what we think then maybe they should just ask us. You agree? k

I seriously doubt if they care about Christians at all. I've never thought they were trying to appease us, never thought for a second that the writers were going to have House seek any kind of faith.
